Summary: K Rend K Lime 213 onto Brickwork or 7N Blockwork
Substrate: 7N Open Textured, Medium Density Concrete Block & Brickwork
Primer Coat: K Lime SB 1 – Stipple Bond One Coat
Mixed to a paste consistency & universally applied by scud spatterdash coat, to Brickwork areas only at a min 2-3mm. Allow 1 day min to set & cure.
Thickness 2-3mm
Undercoat 1: K Lime 213
Apply by hand or machine in Two x 6mm passes – embedding alkali resistant glassfibre meshcloth midpoint between K Lime passes, to isolated areas only, where movement is anticipated, stress area or change of substrate. Rule to line & level, lightly scratch surface & allow to cure for 24 hours minimum.
Thickness: 12 mm
Final Coat: K Lime 213
Apply by hand or machine. Rule to line and level. Finish smooth with float finish and allow to fully cure.
Thickness: 10 mm
Finish: K Lime Mineral Paint
Two coat application Lime Mineral Paint, allowing time curing between coats.
