Summary: K Rend Silicone TC 15 onto Lightweight Block with Standard UF Base
Substrate: Lightweight Blockwork (Aircrete)
Primer: K Rend R10 Bonding Aid
Apply in two coats by brush or roller. Allow to dry between coats and prior to application of subsequent coat.
Base Coat: K Rend Standard UF Base
Apply in two 7 mm passes with K Rend Alkali Resistant Reinforcing Mesh embedded throughout after the first pass. Additional strips of mesh should be adhesively fixed
centrally to all stress areas. Rule to line & level and finish the surface with a float finish. Allow to cure for 14 days
Total Base Coat Thickness: 14 mm
Primer: K Rend Primer TC
Apply by brush or roller. Allow to dry for a minimum of 24 hours prior to application of final finish coat.
Finish Coat: K Rend Silicone TC15
Apply by hand or machine to the thickness of largest aggregate. Allow to take up slightly prior to rubbing up to create the final texture. Surface should be rubbed uniformly to finish.
