Please be advised, our Truro branch will be closed for business on Friday 1st of December 2023, whilst our Plymouth branch will be closing at 2pm on the same day. Both branches will then be back open as usual from 7:30am on Monday 4th of December 2023. For any orders placed after 1pm on Thursday 30th November, every effort will be made to ship from our Plymouth branch, however despatch may fall into the Monday. Terms & Conditions Delivery/Returns
Delivery costs will be found at the checkout, also on the order acknowledgement email and online when you view your order.
Your items will dispatch as they become available. Deliveries will require a signature. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address.


Returns:
Returns can be arranged via the contact form or by phoning SRS Customer Services if goods are not fit for purpose. We do not accept returns after 14 days of purchase. There will also be a 10% admin/re-stocking fee for all returns.
Please note the following items cannot be returned unless faulty

    Standard Delivery - This means that your goods will be processed as normal and shipped by courier. Ordered goods will usually arrive within 3 - 5 working days for most of the UK mainland. Please note Standard Delivery is not available for certain products in excess of 1 meter in length.

    Next Day Delivery - Delivery before close of play on the next or earliest possible working day.
    Please note for delivery as specified above, all orders have to be processed by 12:00 noon the day before.

    Liability
    You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement or representation made or given on our behalf. Any estimate of quantities needed, advice as to the suitability of any goods for a particular purpose and any plan or measurement given by us is given for guidance only (based on your information) and without liability on our part. No allowance is made by us for additional materials, wastage, or installation. You must satisfy yourself that all goods and/or services ordered are correct.

    Any typographical error or clerical omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list or other document issued by us may be corrected without liability on our part.
    Any dates and times we specify for delivery of the goods are an estimate. We shall not be liable to you if we do not deliver on or at any date or time. Time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice.

    Problems with your order - Missed deliveries:
    If you fail to accept delivery of any goods when they are ready for delivery, or we are unable to deliver the goods because you have not provided appropriate instructions, documents or consents, we shall be entitled to immediate full payment and risk in the goods shall pass to you.
    We may store such goods until delivery, and you shall be liable for all related costs and expenses arising from such non delivery including transport and storage costs. If you fail to accept delivery of the goods within 6 months of the date of contract, we may sell or dispose of those goods (whether or not you have paid for them). Storage or disposal costs shall be recoverable from you. Any net proceeds of any sale shall be held on trust for you.
    We shall not be liable for any shortages in quantity delivered unless you give written notice to us of such shortages on date of delivery. In any event our liability shall be limited to making good the shortfall or (at our option) issuing a credit note or refund at the pro rata contract rate against any invoice raised for such goods.
    The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery or deemed delivery. Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full (in cleared funds) all sums due to us in respect of the goods and all other sums which are or become due to us from you on any account or (if later) the time of delivery.

    Pallet Delivery for Render Orders:
    Pallet Delivery - Delivery 2 - 3 working days after dispatch. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8am and 6pm and must be signed for. Re-deliveries will be charged accordingly.
    Please note that you must have the means to offload any Render orders as these Lorries do not have self-offloading facilities. If you require offloading facilities please contact us.


    We will keep you informed:
    After you place your order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email to confirm that we have received your order. Once your order has been accepted and dispatched we will where possible send a dispatch notification email confirming that your order has been processed. This email contains your order details as well as your selected delivery method. Please make sure that the email address on your order is correct and that the email has not been directed to a spam folder.

    Changes to your order:
    Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address. If you have any questions, please use the contact form or phone SRS Customer Service.


    Damaged or defective orders:
    If you have received your order and find that it is damaged, please use the contact form or phone SRS Customer Service upon receipt of goods.

    In case of any damage to your delivery, SRS will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you as possible. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement.

    If you're having trouble with your new purchase or believe it is defective, please call SRS immediately.


    Cancellations:
    If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel by phoning customer service. Unfortunately you cannot return goods once received unless the items are not fit for purpose.
